Buy a Calliope gift card

If you wish to purchase it online, you must place an order containing only the Gift Card: it is a special gift and must be purchased separately!

During purchase, you can select the amount to load and the recipient. Remember, the gift card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After its expiration, it will no longer be usable and the amount cannot be refunded.

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email. The person you've indicated will then receive an email with the gift card's identification code and QR code, which they can show at checkout or enter during online checkout.

The Gift Card is owned by Teddy SpA

The Gift Card can be used as many times as you like, until the balance is used up. If the remaining balance is insufficient, the remaining amount can still be added using the payment methods accepted by the store.

By using the Gift Card credit, you can accumulate Wonder Card Calliope points. However, purchasing the Gift Card does not allow you to use or accumulate bonuses.

The Gift Card is not nominative and can be used by anyone who presents it at the time of purchase.

You can check the remaining balance on your Gift Card at all Calliope stores in Italy or by contacting our customer service.

The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. After its expiration, it can no longer be used and the amount is non-refundable. The card is not reloadable.

The Gift Card is activated automatically at the time of purchase, whether online or in-store.

Teddy SpA is not responsible for any theft or loss; in these cases, unfortunately, the Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded. We recommend photographing your Gift Card code so you always have its details with you.

These general conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation, validity, and execution of these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini.

Teddy SpA is not responsible for the use of the Gift Card or for any damage: we are always available to you for any problems.
