Delivery to private addresses occurs within 5 business days from receiving the shipping email. Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sales or promotional periods.

SHIPPING TO A PICK-UP POINT
Order processing may take up to 96 business hours.
Delivery will take place at a BRT collection point within 5 business days of receiving the shipping email, which contains a tracking link . Once your order arrives at the selected collection point, you will receive an email from the courier.
Delivery times may be slightly delayed during sales or promotions.
The BRT Point network is made up of collection points - commercial activities that offer parcel collection and delivery services (15,500 tobacconists, bars, stationery shops, newsstands and KiPoint stores).

Delivery to a store in Italy will take place within 5 business days from the time you receive the shipping email. Delivery times may be slightly longer during sales or promotional periods.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email. A final email will be sent when your order is delivered to the selected store. It's advisable to contact the store to verify its arrival and make sure it's ready for pickup.
The order must be picked up within 15 business days. If you have difficulty reaching the store within this timeframe, you will need to contact the store.
